Resolution 19-048; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance <br />8 2019-06. <br />9 <br />10 Mr. Casey reviewed Council is requested to approve the resolution for summary publication of <br />11 Ordinance 2019-06. <br />12 <br />13 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Resolution <br />14 19-048; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance 2019-06. <br />15 <br />16 Motion carried 4-0. <br />17 <br />18 E. Resolution 19-049; a Resolution Approving Wine/Beer License for National Grill <br />19 Located at 2201 St. Anthony Blvd. <br />20 <br />21 Mr. Casey reviewed this is a resolution to approve a combination Wine/Strong Beer License for <br />22 National Grill located at 2201 St. Anthony Blvd. National Grill is providing food and beverage <br />23 service at the clubhouse for Gross Golf Course. They currently have a 3.2 On -sale malt liquor <br />24 license. With the adoption of Ordinance 2019-06, which allows golf courses located in the <br />25 Recreation/Open Space District to be eligible for a Wine license or a full On -sale intoxicating <br />26 liquor license, National Grill is now eligible for those licenses. Background checks have been <br />27 completed and staff is recommending approving the Wine/Strong Beer License. <br />28 <br />29 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />30 19-049; a Resolution Approving Wine/Beer License for National Grill Located at 2201 St. <br />31 Anthony Blvd. <br />32 <br />33 Motion carried 4-0. <br />34 <br />35 F. Resolution 19-050; a Resolution Approving the Cost Participation and Maintenance <br />36 Cooperative Agreement with Hennepin County for the County Road C <br />37 Improvement Proiect. <br />38 <br />39 City Manager Casey provided for Council review the Hennepin County Cost Participation and <br />40 Maintenance Cooperative Agreement for the County Road C Project. This is for authorization for <br />41 the Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreement. This agreement outlines the 50% cost <br />42 participation for acquisition of right-of-way for the properties along County Road C that is <br />43 estimated to be $75,000. <br />44 <br />
