She added the bathrooms are locked, and the City should consider portable <br />satellites at these locations. Hartman stated that vandals have done extensive damage. He added <br />the Commission would need to make a recommendation to the Council. <br />Hartman asked where the satellites should be installed. Wolff stated the City should install 1 in <br />Emerald Park and 2 in Central Park, at the north and south ends. <br />Hartman stated there have been complaints from residents along Skycroft with regard to parking <br />on the blacktop walking path. He added the Commission might consider a temporary fence or <br />landscaping for that area. <br />Andra stated the time and efforts of the Commission were greatly appreciated, and the City and <br />community will appreciate the great commitment and results. She added that she, as chair, <br />appreciates what the Commission has done as new projects are discussed. <br />Jindra noted the Water Tower Park construction will be tentatively completed by July 19, and the <br />park opening should take place between then and August 6 when VillageFest commences. It was <br />agreed the opening would be tentatively scheduled for Thursday July 29, 1999. Jindra noted the <br />Commission could discuss the opening at its next meeting. <br />VIII.
