We anticipate having the plans completed by March 1st. We will deliver 1/2 size sets <br />to the City on Friday morning, March 2nd for distribution to the Parks Commission. We will need the <br />Park Commission to approve the plans (a voice vote will be required) at their March 12th meeting. <br />Allowing approximately three weeks for the bid period should give us a bid opening on or about April 6th. <br />Please call me at 612-373-6421 to let me know if this schedule is workable.
