Bray, P.E. <br />Memorandum <br />Date: August 3.7, 1998 <br />Re: Revised Schedule for Implementation of Flood Improvements <br />City of St. Anthony <br />WSB Project No. .7065.2.7 <br />Attached, please find a figure showing a proposed construction schedule for the completion <br />of flood mitigation measures in the southern portion of the City of St. Anthony. The <br />schedule for construction of these improvements and associated street and utility <br />improvements is based on the following: <br />1. The results of the 1999 Street Reconstruction Feasibility Study. <br />2. Preliminary findings of the Sanitary Sewer Feasibility Study. <br />3. The need for the City to expend grant monies of $2,000,000 from the DNR by the <br />end of 2000. <br />4. The need for the City to expend the FEMA grant monies of $700,000 within one <br />year. <br />5.
