Mr. Koechlein stated he was not sure this would work because <br />of the weight so he would need to check on this. <br />VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br />Chair Jindra stated she was going to be on the Salvation Army Board and needed ideas for trails <br />or anything else they could think of. <br />8 Chair Jindra stated the soccer field would need to be addressed tomorrow because they were <br />9 talking about reseeding this. Mr. Koechlein stated the baseball field was to be reseeded. <br />10 <br />11 Mr. Hartman stated the next meeting would include Mr. Bob Koss, Mr. Augie Wong, and Mr. <br />12 Koechlein and they would be at the meeting to tour the park again. <br />13 <br />14 Mr. Hartman stated for the October 10 meeting they would need to find an alternative place to <br />15 meet. Chair Jindra asked if they could move the meeting up to October 7, 2002. Mr. Hartman <br />16 stated that he would check on this and see if this would work. <br />17 <br />18 Chair Jindra stated she hoped they could take a tour of Columbus Park but she will look at this <br />19 tomorrow because it cannot wait for another month. <br />20 <br />2 Mr. Zurbey asked where they were in the budget for the projects. Mr. Hartman stated they were <br />22 pretty much on target. He stated they were a little over contract regarding the wet deck. <br />23 <br />24 Chair Jindra asked Mr. Hartman to check on the cost of $2,000 for Soccer Goal posts. She stated <br />25 they knew they were going to put these in when they started the project and would like him to <br />26 check on the cost because she thought they were included in the price. <br />27 <br />28 Mr. Troy Urdahl stated that Mr. Wong told him if they got a licensed plumber they could run the <br />29 waterline pipe from the spigot to each dugout so then they could remove the jug filler so he <br />30 found the plumber and concrete is being poured tomorrow and if they could get this taken care of <br />31 it would eliminate the jug filler. He stated the plumber would do the work for free and the only <br />32 cost would be for the materials and the dugout club would pay for it. <br />33 <br />34 Mr. Hamman asked when they would be doing this. Mr. Urdahl stated that they would wait until <br />35 the concrete was done and do it in the evening. Mr. Koechlein stated that his only concern was <br />36 that they did not disturb the sub grading already done there. <br />37 <br />38 Mr. Hartman asked what the decision was on Maxwell's fence. Commissioner Jensen stated <br />39 they agreed to shave off the posts and replace the fence. Chair Jindra stated these are school <br />40 fences and she did not think the school would replace the fences but the residents would like <br />41 them replaced and the two neighbors agreed they would like a green vinyl fence. Mr. Hartman <br />42 stated to do both sides it would be $2,200 to remove and install and it would be four foot high, <br />4�_ twenty gauge fencing. <br />44 <br />45 Chair Jindra stated Mr. Wong suggested they plant new bushes in the area to deter people from <br />
