Hartman indicated that <br />it was school property. Commissioner Gebhardt indicated that she would follow-up on the need <br />for the bathroom. <br />Chair Jindra referred to the quarterly newsletter to which she contributes. She indicated that they <br />are quickly running out of funds from the city, and wondered about a wish -list program where <br />residents could buy anything for the park from equipment to trees. <br />Vice Chair Koehntop stated that they needed to determine the specifics before they make any <br />promises that they do not want to keep. <br />Anderson indicated that a fiberglass plaque would work for a marker on trees, if the Commission <br />wanted to offer the option. He added that a signed thank -you letter from the mayor was another <br />option. He suggested that they be sure to be consistent with whatever they decide to do. <br />Hartman stated that he was in favor of donations of trees, as they are the most permanent. <br />The Commission tossed around a few ideas regarding a donation program, and decided that they <br />would think about it and re -visit the issue at the next meeting. <br />Anderson indicated that they would need to stay on top of the program in order for it to be <br />successful. <br />ADJOURNMENT. <br />Motion by Commissioner Jenson, second by Vice Chair Koehntop, to adjourn the meeting at <br />7:51 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Courtney Seesz <br />Timesaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. <br />Motion carried unanimouslv. <br />
