ANTHONY 1 <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 2 <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 2019 3 <br />4 <br />CALL TO ORDER. 5 <br />6 <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 7 <br />8 <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 9 <br />10 <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. 11 <br />12 <br />ROLL CALL. 13 <br />14 <br />Present: Mayor Faust, Councilmembers Gray, Randle, and Stille. 15 <br />Absent: Councilmember Jenson. 16 <br />Also Present: City Mana ger Mark Casey, Finance Director Shelly Rueckert, City Planner Stephen 17 <br />Grittman, and Assistant to the City Manager Charlie Yunker. 18 <br />19 <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 20 <br />ITEMS. 21 <br />22 <br />I.APPROVAL OF SEPTEMER 10, 2019 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 23 <br />24 <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the City 25 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of September 10, 2019 as presented. 26 <br />27 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 28 <br />29 <br />II.PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 30 <br />31 <br />A.Presentation by Tom Miller, St. Anthony Kiwanis.32 <br />33 <br />Linda Foster, St. Anthony Kiwanis, provided a brief presentation on the activities the St. 34 <br />Anthony Kiwanis participated in. She discussed how the Kiwanis worked to change the world 35 <br />one child at a time and one community at a time. She further described how her organization of 36 <br />volunteers served the community and its youth. She encouraged residents to consider donating 37 <br />to the St. Anthony Kiwanis on Friday, September 27th during Peanut Day to assist with 38 <br />supporting the great work being done in the City. 39 <br />40 <br />B.Proclamation for St. Anthony Peanut Day, Friday, September 27, 2019.41 <br />42 <br />Councilmember Stille read in full a proclamation declaring Friday, September 27, 2019 as St. 43 <br />Anthony Peanut Day. 44 <br />45 <br />III.
