1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY 2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 3 November 26, 2019 4 5 CALL TO ORDER. 6 7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 8 9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 10 11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. 12 13 ROLL CALL. 14 15 Present: Mayor Faust, Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Randle and Stille. 16 Absent: None 17 Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey and Public Works Director Jay Hartman. 18 19 20 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 21 ITEMS. 22 23 I. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26, 2019 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 24 25 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve the City 26 Council Meeting Agenda of November 26, 2019. 27 28 Motion carried 5-0. 29 30 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 31 32 A. Students in Government Presentation 33 34 City Manager Casey explained on November 20, 2019 approximately sixty students joined the 35 City for its annual Students in Government program. He reviewed the event and showed 36 pictures. He thanked Bonnie Brevor for all the help on this project. 37 38 Mr. Vincent Favorite, Delegate from St. Anthony Area High School stated he went on the public 39 works trip along with seeing the Fire Department and was very interesting. He reviewed his 40 experience of the event with the City Council. 41 42 Mayor Faust asked Mr. Vincent Favorite why he chose Public Works. Mr. Favorite stated he 43 jumped in the program at the last second and that was what was left. He explained he did enjoy 44 it and was glad he went and very interesting and he did not have any regrets. Mayor Faust 45 thanked Mr. Favorite for coming to the meeting. 46 47 B.
