Year In Review <br />1.The Planning Commission held meetings on the following applications:3 Variance requests (2 approved, 1 denied)1 PUD (Doran/SLV)1 Subdivision (denied)1 Ordinance Amendment (Sidewalks, Patios) <br />2. The Commission also held 3 workshop meetings, and 3 joint meetings with the City Council to consider upcoming PUD applications. <br />3. The Doran/SLV (Walmart) redevelopment was by far the most significant planning/zoning item of 2019. <br />4. The Comprehensive Plan Preliminary Approval is now pending Met Council acceptance for Final approval.
