Population Trends <br />Housing Stock by Tenure <br />1.Supplementing the Comprehensive Plan, a brief housing study <br />was conducted to summarize housing stock in St. Anthony. The <br />study found that when compared to its inner-ring suburban <br />neighbors, the community maintains a comparable percentage of <br />attached/multi-family housing and rental housing, together with <br />lower percentages of single family and owner-occupied housing <br />units. <br />2.The study also found that St. Anthony provides a higher <br />percentage of housing affordable to those earning less than 30% <br />of the area median income than the metro area as a whole, and <br />comparable amounts of housing affordable to those earning <br />between 30% and 50% of the area median income.
