Ordinance 2019-12; An Ordinance Amending Title XV of the St. Anthony Village City <br />11 Code, Known as the Zoning Ordinance, by Amending the Silver Lake Village Planned <br />12 Unit Development District by Revising the Planned Unit Development Agreement and <br />13 Development Plans to Convert the Land Use on the Following Parcel to a 496 Unit <br />14 Multi -Family Residential Development and Appurtenant Accessory Uses: Lot 2, Block 1., <br />15 Silver Lake Village and Outlot B, Silver Lake Village. <br />16 <br />17 City Planner Grittman reviewed the Ordinance with the Council and requested the City Council <br />18 approve Ordinance 2019-12. <br />19 <br />20 Councilmember Jenson asked how staff will make sure that the developer stays compliant in <br />21 plans A and B. City Engineer Messner explained with a project like this the City does collect a <br />22 financial security and that security is used to cover the City cost inspections for this type of <br />23 project. With Plan A, weekly inspections will be done on the erosion control and environmental <br />24 impact type of work and after every major rain event staff goes out and conduct inspections to <br />25 make sure they are adhering to their MPDS permit. The plan B inspections consist of <br />26 construction related to the City infrastructure improvements and there is a storm sewer that <br />27 bisects the current parking lot that needs to be relocated.
