City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />January 28, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Mayo r Stille thanked Mr. Hromatka for the presentation. He thought this is a need in the 1 <br />community. St. Anthony has had a quest as a Council to be better along the Mental Health 2 <br />aspect in the City. Not only is there a need and good for individuals and should fall intangibly 3 <br />down to the bottom line. Having that kind of service would probably eliminate some needless 4 <br />calls. He wished Mr. Hromatka well in his retirement. 5 <br /> 6 <br />III. CONSENT AGENDA. 7 <br /> 8 <br />A. Approve January 14, 2020, Council meeting minutes. 9 <br />B. Licenses and permits. 10 <br />C. Claims. 11 <br />D. Resolution 20-011; a Resolution Approving the Northeast Youth and Family Services 12 <br />Agreement. 13 <br />E. Resolution 20-012; a Resolution Designating Mayor Stille as a participant in Outside 14 <br />Organizations for 2020. 15 <br />F. Resolution 20-013; a Resolution Designating Councilmember Jenson as a Participant in 16 <br />Outside Organizations for 2020. 17 <br />G. Resolution 20-014; a Resolution Designating Councilmember Randle as a Participant in 18 <br />Outside Organizations for 2020. 19 <br />H. Resolution 20-015; a Resolution Designating Councilmember Walker as a Participant in 20 <br />Outside Organizations for 2020. 21 <br />I. Request for Special Event for the 2nd Annual Village Winterfest on March 7, 2020 with 36 <br />approval of temporary liquor license for the event. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mr. Chad Gillard, Co-Navigator of Voyagers made a presentation to the City Council. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Councilmember Jenson indicated there was talk about raising funds to support Village Winterfest 41 <br />and Nourish 282 and he wondered where the revenue came from to support that. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Mr. Gillard stated there are some events where residents participate in which those events have 44 <br />registration fees but most of the revenue comes from the liquor that is sold, which is why he is 45 <br />asking for approval of the liquor license. 46 <br />2
