2019 Annual Report • Liquor Operations • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />12 | P a g e <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In 2019, the Liquor Operations Department had many noteworthy accomplishments <br />including: <br /> Began implementation of employee scheduling software called “When I work”. <br /> Attended Minnesota Municipal Beverage Association Conference and Regional <br />Meetings. <br /> Completed three physical inventory counts which resulted in .00009% inventory <br />shrinkage adjustment when compared to total sales, .0001% of our 2019 received <br />inventory and .0006% adjustment of our standing inventory value. <br /> Completed Employee Right to Know Training. <br /> Conducted employee product education training sessions <br /> Performed safety inspections with an independent safety firm. <br /> Participated in the Government Alliance on Race and Equity program. <br /> Served as a Board member of the Minnesota Municipal Beverage Association. <br />
