2019 Annual Report • Public Works Department • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />In 2019, the Street Division used the following quantities as part of street repair and maintenance: <br /> 3 cubic yards of concrete on watermain break restorations <br /> 70 tons of asphalt on street patching repairs <br />PARKS DIVISION <br />The City Parks Division maintains a total of 5 primary parks (Emerald, Central, Tower, Silver <br />Point, and Trillium). The Parks Division is also responsible for the maintenance of the <br />stormwater retention ponds, ditch lines, and City owned properties. <br />Another aspect of the Parks Division is to maintain the City’s ice skating rinks. The ice skating <br />rinks were open for 68 days in the 2018-2019 skating season. The rinks and warming houses <br />opened on December 22nd, 2018 and closed for the season on March 9th, 2019.
