He asked what type of food format this will be. Mr. Kinsella explained
it will be similar to their restaurant in Woodbury, Tamarack Taproom and also their Barley and
Vine Restaurant in Lakeville. These menus will find success especially in a little more suburban
setting like this and there will be a mixture of offerings and price points.

Councilmember Randle asked what the seating capacity is. Mr. Kinsella thought it was around
150 to 180 but was not sure at this time.

Councilmember Webster welcomed the business to St. Anthony and noted the Chamber of
Commerce likes to do ribbon cuttings and informed Mr. Kinsella as the opening day nears to
contact the City in order to help plan that with the Chamber of Commerce.

Councilmember Walker explained he did have a chance to look at the menu being offered, and
he did like the options being offered for people who do not eat meat. He also liked that the
business will be open until 11:00 p.m.

Mayor Stille welcomed the business to the community. He asked Mr. Kinsella to comment on
community involvement because he thought that it was a big part of what the business is about as
well.
