Councilmember Randle indicated he was still a little confused and asked if the assessments were 1 <br />upcoming street projects. Mr. Casey explained that was correct. That will be for this year’s 2 <br />project that the Council approved the financing for. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Councilmember Webster thanked Mr. Messner and staff for looking at this policy. She thought 5 <br />looking at it through the lens of usage per lot made sense. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Motion by Councilmember Walker, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution 8 <br />20-027; a Resolution Amending the City of St. Anthony’s Assessment Policy. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Mayor Stille thought this was fair and equitable and this allows the benefactors of the road 11 <br />improvement project to be assessed in an equally fair and equitable process. He appreciated the 12 <br />effort by the City Manager for bringing this forth. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 15 <br /> 16 <br />F. Ordinance 2020-01; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 150 of the City Code concerning 17 <br />access to multi-family house structures by United States Census Bureau employees. 18 <br /> 19 <br />City Manager Casey reviewed the ordinance with the Council and indicated that this is the third 20 <br />and final reading and adoption. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to waive third and 23 <br />final reading and adopt Ordinance 2020-01; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 150 of the City 24 <br />Code concerning access to multi-family house structures by United States Census Bureau 25 <br />employees. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 28 <br /> 29 <br />G. He noted the City 44 <br />does not have a sustainability coordinator even though sustainability is important to the 45 <br />community and is in the mission statement but Mr. Casey brings the kids along and help them to 46 <br />8
