City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />April 28, 2020 <br />Page 4 <br />1 refreshing direct self and he talked about the elections in Wisconsin and how there will not be a <br />2 repeat of that. He talked about the bonding bill and road construction and the fact that the State <br />3 is moving forward. He noted on April 25th he stopped by the Fire Department which was <br />4 collecting masks and his neighbor around the corner, Kathy, had 87 masks which she made, and <br />5 the bin was about half full. He commended the community for all chipping in and there is a need <br />6 for them. <br />7 <br />8 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />9 <br />10 Mayor Stille invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />11 are not on the regular agenda. <br />12 <br />13 Hearing none, Mayor Stille moved forward with the agenda. <br />14 <br />15 IX.
