APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 21, 2020, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 27 <br />AGENDA. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion by Commissioner Socha, seconded by Commissioner Rude, to approve the April 21, 30 <br />2020, Planning Commission agenda. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Motion carried 6-0. 33 <br /> 34 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE FEBRUARY 18, 2020, REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 35 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 36 <br /> 37 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Rude, seconded by Commissioner Payne, to approve the February 38 <br />18, 2020, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Motion carried 6-0. 41 <br /> 42 <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING. 43 <br /> 44 <br />A. Consider a request for a Preliminary Plat to Divide Current Parcel at 3800 Silver 45 <br />Lake Road into two separate parcels. 46 <br /> 47 <br />Chair Westrick reviewed how the public hearing will proceed this evening. This item will 48 <br />come before Council on May12, 2020. 49
