Resolution 20-064, a Resolution Setting the Proposed 2021 Tax Levy and General <br />5 Operating Budget for the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />6 <br />7 City Finance Director Rueckert presented the proposed 2021 Tax Levy and General Operating <br />8 Budget to the City Council. <br />9 <br />10 Mayor Stille opened the public hearing at 7:27 p.m. <br />11 <br />12 Councilmember Webster commended Ms. Rueckert because when they met earlier in the year <br />13 Ms. Rueckert shared with her the debt levy reduction program that was started in 2014 and she <br />14 appreciated on behalf of the residents how that really does provide some consistency in the <br />15 property taxes and residents do not see the spikes every year. <br />16 <br />17 No one wished to address the City Council. <br />18 <br />19 There being no additional public input, Mayor Stille closed the public hearing at 7:31 p.m. <br />20 <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />22 20-064; a Resolution Setting the Preliminary 2021 Tax Levy and General Operating Budget for <br />23 the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />24 <br />25 Motion carried 5-0. <br />26 <br />27 V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />28 <br />29 A. Resolution 20-065, a Resolution Approving a Request for the Preliminary Plan Stage <br />30 PUD, Constituting an Amendment to the Silver Lake Village PUD, for the Interstate <br />31 Development Multi -Family Residential Project of 38 Dwelling Units at 3725 Stinson <br />32 Boulevard NE. <br />33 <br />34 Removed from the Agenda. <br />35 <br />36 VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />37 <br />38 A. Resolution 20-066; a Resolution Approving the Renewal of the Organized Collection <br />39 Agreement for Two Years until April 1, 2023. <br />40 <br />41 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council and is recommending <br />42 approval. <br />43 <br />44 Councilmember Randle indicated he was glad Mr. Yunker clarified the information because he <br />45 was reading it all wrong and thought he was going to be paying an extra ten dollars per billing <br />46 cycle. <br />
