This year Hennepin County asked for a one-year extension and he was sure that 1 <br />next year a more thorough review will be done. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve Resolution 4 <br />20-068; a Resolution Approving the Hennepin County Residential Recycling SCORE Grant 5 <br />Agreement Amendment. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 8 <br /> 9 <br />B. Resolution 20-069; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the International 10 <br />Association of Fire Fighters Local 3486 Representing the St. Anthony Fire Department 11 <br />Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Mayor Stille indicated Mr. Yunker mentioned to him earlier that this is the final year of the five-16 <br />year health insurance contract too. Mr. Yunker explained that was correct and the City 17 <br />participates with a number of other cities to go out for bid for health insurance collectively in 18 <br />order to get better rates and 2021 will be the fifth year of a five-year contract for that. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve 21 <br />Resolution 20-069; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the International 22 <br />Association of Fire Fighters Local 3486 Representing the St. Anthony Fire Department 23 <br />Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 26 <br /> 27 <br />C. Resolution 20-070; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the Law 28 <br />Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. #186 Representing the St. Anthony Police Department 29 <br />Licensed Employees, and the City of St. Anthony Village. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Councilmember Randle asked if the two percent cost of living increase is across the board. Mr. 34 <br />Yunker stated that was correct. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve Resolution 37 <br />20-070; a Resolution Ratifying the 2021 Agreement Between the Law Enforcement Services, 38 <br />Inc. #186 Representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees and the City of 39 <br />St. Anthony Village. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 42 <br /> 43 <br />D.
