City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />September 22, 2020 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Councilmember Jenson stated on September 11, 2020 he attended the Ramsey County Local 1 <br />League of Governments and Board of Directors meeting. He explained he was also a member of 2 <br />Metro Cities and Governor Walz announced the Blue-Ribbon Committee to study the Met 3 <br />Council structure and operations. He reviewed the ad hock/race equity committee policy 4 <br />statement that Metro Cities prepared. He noted he also attended the City Council Worksession 5 <br />and Coffee with the Council on September 19, 2020. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Mayor Stille stated he attended clean-up day as well. On September 14, 2020 he attended the 8 <br />Regional Council of Mayors. He reviewed the Qantas meeting he attended and the topic. He 9 <br />noted he also attended Coffee with the Council with Councilmember Jenson. 10 <br /> 11 <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Mayor Stille invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that 14 <br />are not on the regular agenda. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Hearing none, Mayor Stille moved forward with the agenda. 17 <br /> 18 <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Mayor Stille thanked CJ for his three years working behind the scenes for the City meetings and 21 <br />wished him well. CJ stated it has been a pleasure serving the City Council and the City. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Mayor Still stated the Silverwood Visitor Center has reopened and the hours are 9:00am to 24 <br />5:00pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday’s. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Councilmember Webster reminded the community to sign up to host a block party for Nite to 27 <br />Unite on October 6, 2020. 28 <br /> 29 <br />X.
