ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 22, 2020 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: <br />Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />Guests: <br />Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. <br />None <br />Interim City Manager Charlie Yunker, City Planner Stephen Grittman, Assistant Fire <br />Chief Chris Fuller and Sergeant Mike Huddle. <br />Paul Van Dem Boom <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 22, 2020 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of September 22, 2020. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Spirit of St. Anthony Award. <br />Paul Van Dem Boom, 2019 Award Recipient presented the Spirit of St. Anthony Award <br />to Officer Jonathan Schlingman. <br />Officer Jonathan Schlingman thanked everyone on the committee for selecting him for <br />the award. <br />Mayor Stille congratulated Officer Schlingman for the award. He noted Officer <br />Schlingman is the eighth recipient and thought it helps with cohesiveness and the ability <br />to really let people know publicly how they feel about their employees. <br />B. Presentation of Night to Unite. <br />Sergeant Mike Huddle made a Night to Unite presentation. Mayor Stille stated the City <br />is looking forward to this event. <br />C. Proclamation for Night to Unite on October 6, 2020. <br />
