Resolution 20-078; a Resolution Certifying Special Assessments for Delinquent Waste 1 <br />Hauler Accounts to the 2021 Ramsey County Tax Rolls. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve the 4 <br />Consent Agenda items. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 7 <br /> 8 <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING – NONE. 9 <br /> 10 <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF 11 <br /> 12 <br />A. Resolution 20-079; a Resolution Approving a Request for a Conditional Use Permit for 13 <br />an Electronic Dynamic Display Sign at 2827 Anthony Lane South in the L-1 Light 14 <br />Industrial District. 15 <br /> 16 <br />City Planner Grittman reviewed the resolution with the Council. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve Resolution 19 <br />20-079; a Resolution Approving a Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Electronic 20 <br />Dynamic Display Sign at 2827 Anthony Lane South in the L-1 Light Industrial District. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Mayor Stille indicated this is in an industrial area so there is not a reason to impose a lot of 23 <br />special conditions over and above what is already contained in the City’s Code. He thought the 24 <br />Planning Commission did a nice job in calling some of those things out. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 27 <br /> 28 <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 29 <br /> 30 <br />A. Quarterly Goals Update. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the City’s quarterly goals with the City Council. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Councilmember Randle asked if all of the buildings that were slated for HVAC systems been 35 <br />completed. Mr. Yunker indicated he was not sure and would need to get back to the Council on 36 <br />the progress. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Stille indicated there are a lot of items on the list and unfortunately COVID has stopped 39 <br />progress on a lot of them. He noted this has been a challenging year. He commended staff for 40 <br />continuing on and doing what they can. 41 <br /> 42 <br />VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Councilmember Walker stated last Tuesday, he and other Councilmembers went out to different 45 <br />block parties and he was fortunate to go to two block parties.
