Proclamation Recognizing the City of St. Anthony Village 75th Anniversary 7 <br /> 8 <br /> Mayor Stille read the proclamation recognizing the City of St. Anthony Village 75th Anniversary. 9 <br /> 10 <br />III. CONSENT AGENDA. 11 <br /> 12 <br />A. Approve October 27, 2020, Council meeting minutes. 13 <br />B. Licenses and permits. 14 <br />C. Claims. 15 <br />D. Resolution 20-083; a Resolution Designating Polling Places for the 2021 Election Year. 16 <br />E. Update of allocation of CARES Act Funding. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Mayor Stille noted there was a change in the amount of the CARES funding. He explained the 19 <br />total amount going to the City on the front line is actually $568,110. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve the Consent 22 <br />Agenda items. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Motion carried 4-0 (Webster abstain). 25 <br /> 26 <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING – NONE. 27 <br /> 28 <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF – NONE. 29 <br /> 30 <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 31 <br /> 32 <br />A. Approval of Capital Improvement Plan for 2021-2025 & 2026-2037. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Finance Director Rueckert presented the Capital Improvement Plan to the City Council. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Stille thanked Ms. Rueckert for her presentation. He appreciated all the work she has 37 <br />done. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to accept the Capital 40 <br />Improvement Plan for 2021-2025 & 2026-2037 as presented. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 43 <br /> 44 <br />B. Ordinance 2020-03; an Ordinance amending multiple sections relating to Sewer, Water, 45 <br />and Stormwater Fees and other Fees. 46
