APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 14, 2020 PARKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL 24 <br />COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA. 25 <br /> 26 <br />The September 14, 2020, Parks Commission agenda was approved as presented. 27 <br /> 28 <br />V. APPROVAL OF THE JUNE 8, 2020 REGULAR PARKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL 29 <br />COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Motion by Commissioner Niemi, seconded by Commissioner Penner, to approve June 8, 2020 32 <br />Regular Parks and Environmental Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Motion carried unanimously. 35 <br />VI. PRESENTATIONS. 36 <br /> 37 <br />A. Introduction of Student Liaison Lucas Lundgren. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Chair Bellinger introduced the Student Liaison Lucas Lundgren. Lucas provided a brief 40 <br />background summary. 41 <br /> 42 <br />B. Central Park Drain Tile Project and Stadium Field and Turf Project Update. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Mr. Troy Urdahl reviewed the projects in Central Park. The low bidder was Peterson 45 <br />Companies for the earthwork. They come highly recommended. Bids for the turf were 46 <br />requested and Act Globals was recommended. The School Board will need to provide final 47 <br />approval at their September 15, 2020 meeting. Work will begin if approved in late September 48
