2 <br /> <br />Finally, I feel like the peak operating times of the car wash are the exact opposite of what they should be for <br />successfully coexisting with the neighborhood. During normal times, people are home during the weekend and <br />that is when car washes are at peak times with constant operations. Any concerns around pollution (exhaust, <br />noise and light) would be amplified during times when people are home. This goes against the conditional use <br />permit approval condition of "not be detrimental to health, safety, general welfare of persons residing or <br />working in the vicinity or to the values of property living in the vicinity." in my opinion. <br /> <br />-Thomas Isaacson <br />2604 Pahl Ave <br />
