I would like to express my support for the new car wash. My <br />name is Peter Koch I am in unit 501 at Kenzie Terrace. <br />I would like to support the owners and employees in there efforts to expand thier business. That area needs <br />improvement and would be a great addition to the city's tax rolls! I'm not sure about other residents of the <br />building but my property line stops at my front door and the edge of my balcony. <br />As a retired homeowner I sure would not like to be dictated to by neighbors about how to use my property. <br />I feel that the proposed use is practical and in line with the current business. <br />Thank you, <br />Your neighbor, Peter Koch <br />84
