City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />December 8, 2020 <br />Page 5 <br />Council on December 2, 2020. The Mayor and City Council individually chose their top two <br />candidates based on their responses. The Mayor and City Council agreed by consensus on <br />appointing Meridith Socha and Thomas Kuykendall for a three-year appointment along with <br />appointing Marcey Westrick as Chair and Meridith Socha as Vice Chair. <br />6 Mayor Stille stated Mr. Kuykendall is a nineteen -year resident and active in the community. He <br />7 has previous Commission exposure. Ms. Socha is a nine-year president and is a great Planning <br />8 Commission member and Vice Chair. He wanted to publicly thank the other three applicants <br />9 which were very good applicants to choose from. <br />10 <br />1 1 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />12 20-092; a Resolution Approving the 2021 Appointments of the Planning Commissioners and the <br />13 Chair and Vice Chair. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried 5-0. <br />16 <br />17 D. Resolution 20-093; a Resolution Approving the 2021 Appointments for Chair and Vice <br />18 Chair to the Parks and Environmental Commission. <br />19 <br />20 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council and indicated the Mayor <br />21 and City Council agreed by consensus on appointing Therese Bellinger as Chair and James <br />22 Niemi as Vice Chair. <br />23 <br />24 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve <br />25 Resolution 20-093; a Resolution Approving the 2021 Appointments for Chair and Vice Chair to <br />26 the Parks and Environmental Commission. <br />27 <br />28 Motion carried 5-0. <br />29 <br />30 E. Ordinance 2020-03; an Ordinance Amending Multiple Sections Relating to Sewer, <br />31 Water, and Stormwater Fees and Other Fees. <br />32 <br />33 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the ordinance with the Council and indicated this is the <br />34 final reading and adoption of the Ordinance. <br />35 <br />36 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve third <br />37 reading and adopt Ordinance 2020-03; an Ordinance Amending Multiple Sections Relating to <br />38 Sewer, Water, and Stormwater Fees and Other Fees. <br />39 <br />40 Motion carried 5-0. <br />41 <br />42 F. Resolution 20-094; a Resolution Approving the Summary Publication of Ordinance <br />43 2020-03. <br />44 <br />45 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council. <br />46 <br />
