Resolution 20-090: a Resolution Accepting Plans and Specifications and Ordering <br />9 Advertisement for Bids for the 2021 Street and Utility Improvement Project. <br />10 <br />11 City Engineer Messner reviewed the resolution with the Council. <br />12 <br />13 Councilmember Jenson asked if there were any resident concerns received by staff. Mr. Messner <br />14 indicated he has not received any concerns. There were no direct oppositions to the project. <br />15 <br />16 Mayor Stille asked for clarification on the asphalt roads with mill and overlay and reconstruction <br />17 of streets and the purposed for ordering advertisement for bids in December. Mr. Messner <br />18 explained the reason why staff advertises for bids in December and how the City determines <br />19 which roads need mill and overlays and reconstruction. <br />20 <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve <br />22 Resolution 20-0090; a Resolution Accepting Plans and Specifications and Ordering <br />23 Advertisement for Bids for the 2021 Street and Utility Improvement Project. <br />24 <br />25 Motion carried 5-0. <br />26 <br />27 B. Resolution 20-091; a Resolution Approving the Joint Powers Agreement for the <br />28 Establishment of the North East Metropolitan Area Municipal Internetworking <br />29 Collaborative to be known as Metro-Inet. <br />30 <br />31 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the resolution with the Council. <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Stille thought this collaborative was a great move. <br />34 <br />35 Motion by Councilmember Walker, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve <br />36 Resolution 20-091; a Resolution Approving the Joint Powers Agreement for the Establishment of <br />37 the North East Metropolitan Area Municipal Internetworking Collaborative to be known as <br />38 Metro-Inet. <br />39 <br />40 Motion carried 5-0. <br />41 <br />42 C.
