I have looked at the "packet" of info for the meeting provided on your website. Counting the 70 or so people that
signed a petition against this there are close to 100 DOCUMENTED examples of people that are against this!! Also, I
have talked to a few people here that have sent e-mails, or letters via US Mail, that are NOT included in this packet of
info. Also, a couple of people, have talked to council members on the phone. I counted 3 ( Tom of BLVD Auto included)
documents in support this project. One being from well known NE business owner Walt Sentyrz, who lives in St Anthony,
but nowhere NEAR the proposed car wash. He merely provides a shining endorsement of Tom Archambault, which I or
anyone against this project, does NOT dispute. Many people here have all their car service needs taken care of by Tom,
and are very happy with that. I cannot BELIEVE that ANYONE would disregard the wishes of THIS many neighbors and
customers, for their own possible financial gain. I would bet EVERYTHING that I own, that if this proposal was 40-50 feet
from YOUR windows and ONLY outdoor space you would all be vehemently opposed to it as well.

We (Kenzington residents and single family homeowners nearby)
are UNITED in an effort to stop this project from happening. We DO have a lawyer, and are prepared to fight this to the
bitter end. I hope it does NOT come to that! Your own" City Code Section 152.24 (c) (3)" ( I shouldn't have to type it out for
you,) PROHIBITS this thing being built. Are you REALLY willing to break your OWN law to support this? We stand to lose
THOUSANDS in home values if this thing is built. You've all seen the MANY reasons that this thing should be voted down.
You've seen information from a sound expert and realtors. What more do you need to do the right thing for the majority of
people affected?

We have no problem with Tom building some kind of building on
his property. Hopefully, it would be something quiet. Outside of a rock and roll, or rap music night club, I cannot think of
ANYTHING worse than a car wash to be FORCED to live so close too! I'm sure the city coffers are salivating at the
amount of property taxes that could be generated by this project. I'll bet that the amount of money that it would generate
would be MORE than offset by the 40 or so homeowners whose home values plummet and the reductions in property tax
amounts that will follow. A friend of mines wife, who is a realtor, told me that not ONLY would the property values go down
for the 25 homeowners on this side of the building, but for EVERYONE in this building. 150 homeowners in all. I'm sure
that in addition to the houses along 27th Ave, a few houses on Cleveland St NE and Pahl Ave would be affected as well.
I'm guessing another 15 or so single family homeowners would be affected.

Supposedly, we live in a democracy, even though the last 4 years have put THAT theory to a major test! Elected officials
should be voting for what the MAJORITY of their constituents want. NOT their own feelings about the project or the
assumed financial gain for the city. Going by YOUR packet of info, there are 30 or so people against this for every 1
person for it! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, think about us and vote AGAINST this project. Thank you.

LJK
