<br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> To: St. Anthony Village Planning Commission <br /> <br />From: Stephen Grittman, City Planner <br /> <br />Date: Planning Commission Regular Meeting for March 9, 2021 <br /> <br />NAC File No: 323.02 – 21.01 <br />Request: Amendment Zoning Ordinance section relating to Accessory Building <br />Regulations in All Zoning Districts <br /> <br />BACKGROUND AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />City planning staff is proposing an amendment to the City’s Accessory Building regulations that impact a <br />series of current zoning ordinance sections, including Zoning Ordinance Definitions (Section 152.08), and <br />the Accessory Buildings text (Section 152.176), <br />The following material is presented in table form, indicating updates to the text from the prior <br />worksession reviews, as well as ordinance form.
