March 9, 2021 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, due to the various <br />conflicts and/or missing components of current standards. It is the intention of staff that by <br />consolidating the regulations as proposed, they will be clearer and more easily applied by staff and <br />property owners alike. <br />As such, planning staff recommends the following motion: <br />1. Motion to recommend approval of the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance relating to <br />Accessory Buildings and Uses, deleting the current Section 152.176 and replacing it with the <br />new Section. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVE PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />2. Motion to recommend denial of the amendment. In the event of a recommendation for denial, <br />the Planning Commission must state its findings related to denial on the record. <br />3. Request Additional Information and Table Action.
