2020 Annual Report • Public Works Department • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />WATER/SEWER DIVISION <br />The Water/Sewer Division is responsible for the maintenance of the City’s water and sewer <br />infrastructure. This division is responsible for the annual hydrant flushing program <br />(spring/fall), maintaining the as-built records and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) <br />upgrades, and watermain repairs.
