St Anthony Annual Report <br />Progress Report <br />– Added Officer Wellness component to the department strategic plan <br />goals and objectives <br />– Review employee evaluation content and process Created a new <br />documentation and reported tool for implementation in 2021 <br />– Continued to meet expanding training needs of officer staff for proper <br />coding and report for the new NIBRES Crime Report System. <br />– Implemented the use of Business Watch International (BWI) a national <br />database of pawn records <br />– Implemented the use of ProTechDNA which is an APP for residence to <br />mark their property (replacing operation ID program) <br />What’s On Deck <br />– Continue training and employee development related to the <br />department <br />– Continue to send personnel through the MN POST Board <br />approved Crisis Intervention Training. Long term goal to have all <br />officers certified. <br />– Continue to review and explore training that emphasizes officer <br />skill development associated with mental health, de-escalation <br />and community relations <br />– Continue to review, implement and potentially expand <br />community engagement initiates <br />– Create an interface that allows the automated transfer to digital <br />media to the Ramsey County Attorney’s office an city attorneys <br />– Maintain membership with city wide involvement in Government <br />Alliance on Race and Equity <br />226
