<br />provisions of this Agreement are intended to survive the expiration and satisfaction of any security <br />instruments placed of record contemporaneously with this Agreement, if such expiration and <br />satisfaction occurs prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, as stated in this Section <br />8.06. <br /> Provisions Surviving Termination.
