Instead, we took a look at our operations and modified what we would need to in <br />order to continue our level of service to our residents. Virus or not, we did not waiver. <br />One other area where things were focused was providing the needed equipment to keep our <br />people safe. Many phone calls were made and there was patience requested of staff to let them <br />know that we are good but more has been ordered. We did and still do maintain a cache of <br />specific supplies tied to our pandemic plan. Replenishing took some time but we never got <br />below a threshold of concern at any time. <br />Our planning paid off and our constant communication and creativity allowed for all <br />departments to provide the consistent and continuous level of care that our residents expect and <br />what we have come to expect ourselves. <br /> <br />
