Foundation walls are effervescing which is indicative of water intrusion, contrary to code. <br />2. Foundation walls are cracked, which is indicative of differential settlement. <br /> <br /> <br />Combination of Deficiencies <br /> <br />1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br />a. Thresholds are not ADA code compliant for minimum height. <br />b. The exterior glass doors should have a 10-inch kick plate installed to comply with code. <br />c. There is no accessible route into the building. <br />d. There is no accessible route between levels. <br />e. Restroom sink hardware should be replaced with ADA code compliant fittings. <br />f. Door hardware should be replaced to comply with ADA code. <br />g. Basement stairs do not have code required handrails. <br />h. Basement door hardware is missing. <br /> <br />2. Light and Ventilation <br />a. Electrical wiring is not code compliant for a commercial building. <br />b.
