The basement was used as a storm shelter that was not ADA accessible. The exterior <br />windows have failed along with the roofing material. There are holes in the vinyl siding. The exterior metal <br />doors are rusting and should be repainted. The foundation walls are effervescing and should be <br />resealed/repainted.
