Or food in separate location (single serve) <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff discussed their request and found it to be the best solution and would have minimal impact on the users of <br />the tennis courts, as it would be closed for just one day, and that happens to be the Friday before the scheduled <br />replacement of the courts begins on May 17th. Staff also believe the school district’s plan will ensure the event is <br />conducted safely. <br />Logistical questions raised by staff such as garbage clean-up, traffic flow, parking and restrooms have been <br />discussed with the district staff, and City staff are confident the event will run smoothly. <br />As a result, staff recommends approval of the Special Event Permit to hold the St. Anthony High School 2021 <br />Prom on May 15, 2021 on the City tennis courts. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />• Special Event Permit <br />108
