About an hour later, water was infiltrated to 6 inches and the hole was filled up again to begin the formal <br />measurement. For the first measurement, an hour later there was no water present in the hole. <br />On the next day, the hole was filled up with water again. Since water was infiltrating fast, time was stopped <br />to get a detailed measurement.
