Mr. Jeremy Gumke, City of St. Anthony Village, MN <br />June 3, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />b) Advertise project locally and regionally for bids. <br /> <br />c) Utilize QuestCDN as an additional advertisement resource. <br /> <br />d) Answer questions from contractors during bidding and issue addenda as necessary. <br /> <br />e) Attend the bid opening and evaluate the bids. <br /> <br />f) Coordinate a recommendation to the City regarding award of the construction contract. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE AND FEES <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br />We will begin the project coordination and subsequent design immediately after authorization. <br />The proposed schedule includes the following milestone dates: <br /> <br />Task Dates <br />City Authorization to Proceed with Preparation of Bidding <br />Documents June 8, 2021 <br />Complete Bidding Documents August 13, 2021 <br />City Authorization to Advertise for Bids August 24, 2021 <br />Bid Opening September 21, 2021 <br />City Awards Construction Contract September 28, 2021 <br />Shop Drawing Submittals October – December 2021 <br />Start Construction May 2022 <br />Construction Substantial Completion August 2022 <br />Construction Final Completion September 2022 <br /> <br />Fees <br />Compensation for tasks shall be on an hourly not-to-exceed basis, based on the actual hours <br />worked for personnel assigned to the project, plus reimbursable expenses. We propose to <br />perform these services for the following estimated fees as estimated in the attached spreadsheet. <br /> <br />Task Fees <br />I. Design Services $16,577 <br />II. Bidding Services $3,166 <br />Total Design and Bidding Services $19,743 <br /> <br />We will invoice the City on the basis of actual hours spent at current billing rates. Additional <br />services, if requested and approved by the City, will be invoiced on the basis of actual hours <br />spent at current billing rates. All services will be invoiced monthly.
