2020 Annual Report • Finance Department • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ASSISTANT TO THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />KA VUE -2020 outputs included: <br />• Supervises the processing of both City and MWMO <br />payroll and Utility billing <br />• Maintains Fixed Assets recordkeeping <br />• Worker’s Compensation renewal and audit <br />• Assists with audit for City and MWMO <br />• In-charge for Federal and State grant reporting <br />requirements <br />• MWMO accounting including project cost tracking <br />• Assists front office staff with accounting and software <br />questions <br /> <br /> <br />FINANCE DIRECTOR Ka, Shelly <br />SHELLY RUECKERT -2020 outputs included: <br />• Plans, prepares, and presents proposed annual budget and property tax levy <br />• Submits preliminary and final tax levies to Counties and State <br />• Plans , prepares, and presents updates to Long Term Capital Improvements budget <br />• Reviews utility rates annually and proposes adjustments as necessary <br />• Provides audit firm with requested workpapers and other supporting documentation to <br />efficiently conduct their audit of the City’s financial statements <br />• Provides bond consultants with requested information to prepare City’s Official Statement <br />in connection with the bond financing <br />• Participates in the rating call to update bond rating prior to sale of bonds <br />• Provides financial data or analysis as requested by the City Council and City Manager <br />• Confirms that the levels of insurance coverage, lists of covered property and factors used in <br />liability rating are sufficient and accurate during the annual renewal process <br /> <br />
