6 <br />Any content removed based on these guidelines, must be retained by the City for a reasonable period of time, <br />including the time, date and identity of the poster, when available. If possible, archived data should reflect the <br />context of the situation it was removed from. <br /> <br />Questions on Social Media <br />The City of St. Anthony staff will monitor social media sites Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Staff <br />will respond within one business day to specific questions posted on social media with information or direction <br />to the city website or other resource. In some instances staff may ask the person to contact the city offline <br />when appropriate (when it is a private issue, when the issue is one in which there is little or no interest by <br />others, etc.) <br />Crisis communications and media inquiries <br />The City of St. Anthony’s actions before, during, and after crisis situations will be determined by the severity of <br />the situation. It may involve all City departments, Hennepin and Ramsey counties, the State of Minnesota, the <br />federal government, and other emergency service organizations. The City’s Emergency Communications Plan <br />establishes policies for the effective development, coordination and dissemination of crisis information to the <br />public, media, City-elected officials, and St. Anthony’s employees.
