In response to the Planning Commission feedback, please note the below revised and
additional materials for the Sept City Council Meeting. I also made notes in-line with your message
below to ensure our acknowledgement of each item. I made a note that Mr. Morita would be
presenting at the City Council meeting; I am available for any questions that may arise between now and
then. Thank you, Stephen. – Victoria
SAV Bremer and Apts Revised Submittal Materials – anyone with this link can access and download the
materials
Proposed Bremer Bank:
•Updated Civil plans that address PUD Conditions 3 (d/thru stacking), 4 (retention of
evergreens), 6 (lighting plan) and 16 (dumpster location). We can certainly discuss the
location of the trash enclosure, but are showing it in our preferred location.
•Stormwater Narrative (provided in Dropbox link).
•Sustainability Measures Call-out:
o Increased native and pollinator friendly plantings – please note
Landscape Plan provides a key of native/pollinator information for easy
reference
o Retention of existing evergreens – subject to viability of the evergreens
and the success of the transfer
o Addition of bike rack
o Tenant specifications are to-be-determined, but potential building
measures include LED lights, motion sensors, low flow/dual flush toilets
Proposed Kenzie Apartments:
•Updated Civil and Architectural plans that address PUD conditions 2 (future driveway)
and 7 (increased plantings)
o Please note regarding Condition 8 - we can agree to maintain the
current proposed parking supply/ratio as discussed at the commission
meeting. We do plan to charge a fee for our covered parking stalls, but
surface parking will be free to residents.
o As it relates to the corner plaza –
We identified an opportunity to provide a raingarden on
the south side of the building – in order to
accommodate, we are showing a modified corner. The
Dropbox link contains a photo for a general idea of how
the corner can integrate into the public space and
provide seating. The Landscape details will be finessed.
1
