CentralSquare Minnesota Agencies: <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends moving forward with Pro-Suites for our new records management system. Once the service <br />agreement is signed, we will begin working with the service provider and partnering agencies to migrate to the <br />new system in January of 2022. The process will take up to eight months to complete, which will include data <br />migration and training.
