This item has been included in the <br />2022 capital budget. <br />A draft of the Pro Suite Agreement was provided for City Council review. <br />6 Councilmember Walker asked if there is a reason the current RMS isn't being upgraded. Chief <br />7 Mangseth stated the current records management system has been bought and sold twice. The <br />8 current owner is Central Square. They have also purchased other systems throughout the country. <br />9 They have built a number of products contained in a suite that drive multiple functions. They are <br />10 going more toward the entire suites. This greatly improves communication and sharing of <br />11 information between agencies. <br />12 <br />13 Councilmember Jenson asked how long the transfer of data takes? Chief Mangseth stated within <br />14 the 8-month timeframe he does not know how long the transfer will take and will check on that <br />15 and report back to the City Council. All information on LETG server will stay on a server and be <br />16 available until the transfer is done. <br />17 <br />18 Councilmember Webster thanked Chief Mangseth for outlining this plan. <br />19 <br />20 Mayor Stille stated this appears to improve information received. The City Council supports the <br />21 Police Department as well as all City Departments. He appreciates the research done and <br />22 thanked Chief Mangseth for his presentation. <br />23 <br />24 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve <br />25 Resolution 21-095 - Approving a Contract with CentralSquare Pro Suite Records Management <br />26 System. <br />27 <br />28 Motion carried 5-0. <br />29 <br />30 B. Resolution 21-096 — Ratifying the 2022 Agreement between the International Association <br />31 of Fire Fighters, Local 3486 Representing the St. Anthony Fire Department Employees <br />32 and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />33 <br />34 City Manager Yunker reviewed this is a resolution ratifying the contract agreement with the fire <br />35 union. This is a three (3) year contract with the St. Anthony Fire Department's employees. Cost <br />36 of Living Adjustment (COLA) is set for the first two years with a reopener for wages only in the <br />37 third year. Health insurance premium changes will continue to be split equally between City and <br />38 employees. The changes in the contract terms were reviewed by Mr. Yunker. <br />39 <br />40 Staff recommends approval of ratifying the 2021-2024 Agreement between the International <br />41 Association of Fire Fighters, Local 3486 Representing the Saint Anthony Fire Department <br />42 Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />43 <br />44 Mayor Stille noted this is peer related and we want retention among employees. He thanked the <br />45 Unions on behalf of the City Council. <br />
