ANTHONY <br />2 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />3 NOVEMBER 23, 2021 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 ROLL CALL. <br />10 <br />11 Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Jenson, Randle, Walker, and Webster. <br />12 Absent:None <br />13 Also Present:Executive Director Charlie Yunker <br />14 <br />15 I.APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 23, 2021 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />16 <br />17 Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the <br />18 November 23, 2021 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />19 <br />20 Motion carried 5-0. <br />21 <br />22 II.CONSENT AGENDA. <br />23 <br />24 A.H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of October 26, 2021 <br />25 <br />26 Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to approve the Consent <br />27 Agenda as presented. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried 5-0. <br />30 <br />31 III.PUBLIC HEARINGS – NONE. <br />32 <br />IV.33 GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. – NONE. <br />34 <br />35 V.STAFF REPORTS. <br />36 <br />A.37 Salo Maintenance Agreement <br />38 <br />39 City Manager Yunker reviewed Staff has been working with the property owners of the storm <br />40 water ponds, Doran SLV III, LLC and SVAP III Silver Lake Village LLC that serve the Silver <br />41 Lake Village Area which has been known for many years as Salo Park, to come to an agreement <br />42 to allow the City to handle the maintenance of the area around these ponds. <br />43 <br />44 The intent of the Salo Park area from its inceptions was to be an amenity for the retail area, and <br />45 the City as a whole. As a result, the expectations of the residents is for the area to be maintained <br />46 at the same level as any other City park. However, given the change in ownership over the years, <br />47 the maintenance of the area has suffered, and City Staff is often put in position to address issues
