Councilmember Walker also <br />asked about the discharge of water and how that would be enforced. Mr. Grittman stated <br />it would most likely be by resident notification. <br />Mayor Stille stated the code inspector has an easier time with enforcement with the <br />revised code. He thanked the Planning Commission for their work. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to adopt <br />Ordinance 2022-01, Amending the "C" Commercial Zoning District, Section 152.120 — <br />152.125, in its entirety. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />i. Resolution 22-040 — Approving Summary of Publication for Ordinance 2022 — 01 <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve <br />Resolution 22-040 — Approving Summary of Publication for Ordinance 2022 — 01. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />b. Ordinance 2022-02 — Amending the St. Anthony City Code, By Amending Deleting <br />the L-1, Light Industrial Zoning District and Replacing it in its Entirety. <br />Motion by Councilmember Walker, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to adopt <br />Ordinance 2022-02, Amending the LI Light Industrial District Section 152.130 — <br />152.135 in its entirety. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />i.
