I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 JUNE 14, 2022 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />7 <br />8 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />9 <br />10 Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />11 <br />12 ROLL CALL. <br />13 <br />14 Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. <br />15 Absent: None <br />16. Also Present: City Manager Charlie Yunker and City Engineer Justin Messner. <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />20 ITEMS. <br />21 <br />22 1. APPROVAL OF DUNE 14, 2022 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />23 <br />24 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />25 Council Meeting Agenda of June 14, 2022 as presented. <br />26 <br />27 Motion carried 5-0. <br />28 <br />29 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITION. <br />30 <br />31 A. Business of the Year. <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Stille announced the Business of the Year in St. Anthony, as designated by the Chamber <br />34 of Commerce is Steel and Hops, which is a new restaurant in St. Anthony. Sarah stated the <br />35 restaurant has been open for one year. Their mission statement is to give back to local <br />36 communities. They have done a number of fundraisers for the high school and middle school. <br />37 Mayor Stille stated he recalls when the business came in for their conditional use permit. Covid <br />38 did not scare the business away. The restaurant has great food and great service and is very <br />39 community oriented. <br />40 <br />41 B. Villager of the Year. <br />42 <br />43 Mayor Stille announced Dan Spriggs as Villager of the Year. Dan has been involved with Youth <br />44 Involvement. Dan was previously recognized at a Chamber Dinner. Dan thanked the Council for <br />45 this recognition. <br />46 <br />47 Councilmember Randle congratulated Dan who has coached his son for a number of years. He <br />48 thanked Dan from his family. <br />49 <br />
