Page 18 <br />11.1.Performance Meeting <br />The Contractor and City will meet at least once per year, to discuss general operations. <br />11.1.1.Annual Performance Review Meeting <br />Upon receipt of the Contractor’s annual report, the City shall schedule an annual meeting with the <br />Contractor. The objectives of this annual meeting will include (but not be limited to): <br />1.Review Contractor’s annual program and material report. <br />2.Review efforts the Contractor has made to expand Recyclables markets (Recycling only). <br />3.Review Contractor’s performance based on feedback from Customers to City staff. <br />4.Review Contractor’s promptness and accurateness in responding to City staff and <br />Customers. <br />5.Review Contractor’s recommendations for improvements to the City’s program, including <br />enhanced public education and other opportunities. <br />6.Review City staff recommendations for improving the Contractor’s service. <br />7.Discuss other opportunities for improvement during the remaining years of the current <br />Contract Term. <br />8.Review Contractor’s annual progress on reducing greenhouse gas emissions from its <br />activities under this Contract. <br />9.Review of Contractor’s annual processing facilities report (or subcontractor’s report) to the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (Recycling only), and the Minnesota Department of <br />Revenue (pursuant to M.S. 297h.06 Subd. 2.5), (Recycling only). <br />11.2.Annual Reports <br />11.2.1.Clean-Up Event Price List <br />At least eight weeks prior to the City’s Spring Clean-Up Event, the Contractor shall submit a <br />comprehensive list of items they will collect at the City’s Spring Clean-Up Event. The list will include <br />corresponding unit costs to be charged to Customers for each item or another method such as cost <br />per vehicle type. <br />11.2.2.Bulky Waste, Appliances, and Electronics <br />By December 1 each year, the Contractor shall submit comprehensive lists of the items to be <br />collected the following year, along with an average cost for the Customer for pick up, as listed in the <br />Price Schedule. <br />11.2.3.Program and Material Report <br />By January 15 each year, the Contractor shall provide the City an annual program report that will be <br />an overall summary of the program from the previous year. The report should include: <br />1.Total number of Customers. <br />133
